This document evaluates the effectiveness of the Washington Voters’ Pamphlet. I conducted a remote think aloud protocol and an informal assessment of this document. The findings from these assessments allowed me to provide the Washington Secretary of State with suggestions for improving the guide to benefit voters’ interests.
